Thienh Thanh Thi Nguyen, aka “Tila Tequila,” has received a lot of backlash from her social media comments over the years. Her career began as a nude and import model, which slowly led to her achieving stardom as one of the first “internet-famous” celebrities. In 2006, she had the most-viewed profile on Myspace. Based on her cyber success, MTV created a dating reality show called A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila, a series that capitalized on her bisexuality.
